Ben and Amy were perfect models for their fall engagement shoot! We flowed through my normal poses so quickly, it gave us time to explore and try out lots of fun poses, as well!
These two have been together since high school, which pulls at my heartstrings because my husband and I have, too. But somehow Ben and Amy have managed to nurture their relationship across different towns and now even different colleges!
And yet the easy way they have with each other and the way they light up when they look at each other is something magical! This session was full of laughter, and I love that they were down to try some of my more advanced posing and climb into crazy locations. Ben didn’t even hesitate when I asked him to dip Amy back for a kiss! Usually there’s at least a little bit of “Uh….how do I do that?” And they pulled it off so well!
My favorites are always the shots where it seems like no one is watching. When a couple isn’t looking at the camera, their body language is relaxed, and their expressions are authentic. Which was easy to do with these two! Amy just naturally melts in Ben’s arms and smiles from ear to ear when he looks at her.
