Hello! I’m Shannon…

I’m a wife and mommy from Punxsutawney. I bought my first “big” camera when my son was born so that I could document our life and take portraits of my own kids.

The perfectionist in me pushed me to learn how to take photos that would look professional quality. It’s been seven years since I started fine tuning my hobby photos and am now proud of the images I am able to capture!

My family and I live in Punxsutawney, where we have access to acres of property for gorgeous backdrops! I also spent years as a daycare provider and teacher while I was practicing photography on the side, so I’m very comfortable with all ages and personalities of children.

As a mom and a wife, I love to capture the natural affection between families and couples! My favorite photos are always the ones that showcase a family’s laughter at a “dad joke” or a child’s innocence as they explore their surroundings and play in the dirt.

My studio is located at 1464 N. Main Street, Suite 4, Punxsutawney. Here is where I keep all of my props, wraps, accessories, and backdrops! I love having this space for my clients to be comfortable, while I have plenty of room to work!

You will find a coffee and snack bar, sofa and rocking chair, and changing table with extra wipes to help you feel at home during your session! The sitting area has the perfect view for you to watch me work with your little one to create those treasured images. My props and headbands are all on display for you to help design your session, as well!
